Main refined products and their applications

Gasoline

used as fuel for internal combustion engines such as cars and motorcycles; High octane gasoline can also be used as a chemical raw material for the production of benzene, toluene, and xylene.

Diesel

widely used as fuel for trucks, ships, agricultural machinery, and industrial engines due to its high energy density and suitability for heavy-duty equipment.

Kerosene (aviation kerosene)

mainly used as fuel for jet aircraft, with extremely high requirements for purity and stability; Also used for lighting, heating, and industrial solvents.

Lubricating oil

used to reduce friction, cool, seal, and prevent corrosion in mechanical equipment, including automotive engine oil, industrial gear oil, hydraulic oil, etc.

Paraffin wax

 used for candles, packaging materials, waterproof treatment, cosmetic raw materials, and synthetic fatty acid production.

Asphalt

mainly used for road paving, building waterproofing, anti-corrosion coating, etc.

Petroleum coke

used as electrode material for steelmaking (needle coke), anode material for electrolytic aluminum, or as fuel.

Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG)

 mainly composed of propane and butane, used as household fuel, vehicle fuel, and chemical raw materials (such as producing ethylene and propylene).

Solvent oil

used in paint, coating, rubber, essence, instrument cleaning and other industrial fields
