Product Introduction
The production line adopts an "ore pretreatment -melting -drawing -oiling -winding" five-station integrated design, breaking through the technical bottlenecks of traditional basalt fiber production:
Melting System: Adopts advanced all-electric melting technology. Initial heating is performed by molybdenum disilicide rods, and switches to electrode heating after the ore is partially melted, ensuring uniform melting of basalt ore. The furnace structure is optimized via GB50017-2003 steel structure design standards, reducing heating time by 30% compared to traditional processes.
Drawing Module: Equipped with platinum-rhodium alloy bushing (400-800 holes, customizable), matched with water-cooled bushing coolers for energy conservation. A frequency-controlled online lubricator is installed below the bushing to ensure uniform coating of sizing agent on fiber surfaces.
Intelligent Control: Integrated with PLC system, enabling automatic feeding (20kg/h), real-time temperature monitoring (accuracy ±1℃), data acquisition, and remote monitoring. It supports communication with upper-level management systems, realizing visualized process management and automatic alarm.
