Sulfuric acid storage and transfer device in Kazakhstan
Recently, Suzhou CMT Engineering successfully completed the completion and acceptance of the Kazakhstan sulfuric acid storage and transportation project, marking the complete success of this multinational engineering construction project.
The project is based on the leadership of the "the Belt and Road" initiative. Our company undertakes and contracts the project with excellent technical strength and rich international engineering experience, started the construction project of Kazakhstan's sulfuric acid storage and transfer device in 2024.
As the company's first chemical storage and transportation project in Kazakhstan, we faced with challenges such as cross-border visa processing, multi country team collaboration, and construction in extremely cold environments, the project team use the mixed grouping mode of "Chinese construction team+local construction support" to effectively solve the problems of language communication and cultural differences; Develop a special construction plan for the harsh winter climate in the local area to ensure that construction quality and progress can be maintained even in extreme environments of -30 ℃. We overcame the problems with professional spirit and efficiently completed the installation task after six months. In February 2025, it passed the acceptance smoothly and won high praise from the client, demonstrating "Chinese speed" and "Chinese quality".
This project adopts modular design and intelligent control system, with a total storage tank capacity of 3600 cubic meters and an annual turnover of 500kta. It is equipped with advanced leak monitoring and emergency response systems, fully complying with international chemical storage standards, strictly follows international safety standards, and achieves efficient and environmentally friendly operation of sulfuric acid storage and transportation links.
