Our company have multiple professional manufactruing factories with complete manufacturing equipments which ensure the good condition of product manufaturing, assembling and testing.
Since large scale electric furnace equipment is always non standard equipments, thus the strict check and control shall be carried out foward each process in production. Equipment shall be checked periodcally as per equipment operation and management to ensure the accuracy of equipment machining to satisfy production neeeds, Special working processing route shall be made for special working procedure, and choosing special equipment and clamping tools. Responsibility- position setting operation shall be made to strengthen inspection and supervision.
CMT Adopts the most advanced process of ferrosilicon plant in the design.
The product designing and manufacturing capacity of our company can be maximum 100tons/day for electric arc fuenace, and from 3000KVA to 45000KVA for the capacity of submerged arc furnace.

Technical process flow
Ferrosilicon is the alloy of silicon and iron,the ferrosilicon production belongs to slag-free submerged arc smelting. Carbonaceous reducing agent (coke, semi-coke,etc), iron bearing material and silica are mixed according to a certain proportion then go into the furnace,the ferrosilicon is obtained through chemical reaction under high temperature by taking advantage of the arc heat.
The qualified materials (large bulk need crushing) go through material proportioning,lifting,distribution and feeding system,then after mixture (the mixture of silica,carbonaceous reducing agent,iron-bearing material) go into the furnace heart for smelting. The ferrosilicon is obtained through oxidation-reduction reaction under high temperature in the furnace heart,then after opening the furnace mouth through the arc burner (mutegun),the silicon hot metal flows into the ladle,then the ladle shall be transported to the pouring workshop for pouring via ladle trolley,at last,the ferrosilicon, after cooling,shall be crushed, packed,measured and stored).
The smoke generated from the ferrosilicon production goes through bag dedusting equipment for dust removing,then the purified smoke discharges into the air,at last condensing and packaging the processed dust.
