Automatic interlocking control of gas system; The gas system includes (natural gas, seamless steel pipe, primary stabilizing system (factory), secondary stabilizing system, automatic cut-off valve, automatic igniter, gas actuator, burner, automatic and manual dual control), and the system components comply with international safety standards. The gas system is equipped with pressure abnormal alarm system, component equipment fault alarm system, CO+CH sensor alarm system to prevent gas leakage pollution, and computer interlocking control of the gas system and kiln exhaust system.
Automatic operation chain system for small cars; The automatic operation system of the small car includes (automatic car machine, automatic shuttle car for entry and exit, and automatic small car operation machine system outside the furnace). The automatic operation system of the small car does not require manual operation, is safe and efficient, and is equipped with a fault alarm system.
Power outage protection for kilns, fan overload protection; After a power outage in the kiln, the secondary gas stabilizing system will automatically cut off the gas supply, the factory's backup power generator will automatically start, the exhaust fan will automatically start to meet safety standards, and an alarm system will be set up.
Fan overload protection; Each section of the kiln is equipped with fans for overload protection and repair caused by abnormal pressure and power, and an overload alarm system is installed.
Detection of kiln temperature and pressure parameters exceeding the limit; The kiln is equipped with kiln temperature and kiln pressure sensors to monitor parameter values in a timely manner, and an alarm system is set up. The computer system will adjust the gas volume and fan air volume in conjunction based on the parameter values. Meet normal standards.
Alarm measures for upper and lower limits of natural gas main pressure. When the gas pressure is too high or too low, the alarm system will be activated. When it is too high, the automatic relief valve will be opened. When it is too low, the fan will automatically reduce the exhaust volume to ensure that the temperature inside the furnace reaches the standard value for product firing.
Pressure control
In order to better regulate the pressure atmosphere and pressure system inside the kiln, the kiln body is equipped with five pressure detection points, located at: ① the junction of the exhaust section and the firing section ② the firing insulation section ③ the junction of the cooling section and the firing section ④ the main gas pipe ⑤ the main combustion air pipe, all of which have pressure control points.
Energy saving and consumption reducing measures
1. The entire kiln adopts a brick cotton mixed structure of lightweight insulation refractory bricks and refractory insulation cotton. The kiln car also uses a combination of high-temperature refractory materials and lightweight refractory bricks, which reduces the weight of the kiln body and kiln car, reduces heat storage and dissipation, has good insulation performance, and has the advantages of fast temperature rise and fall of the kiln furnace;
2. All fans in the entire kiln are controlled by frequency converters, and their speed is adjusted according to the actual situation during operation, saving electricity consumption.
3. After years of research and communication, a PLC combined with PID operation platform has been developed for temperature and pressure control of kilns, fully ensuring the stability of the control system.
4. Hot air stirring, hot air combustion assistance, hot air drying, fully utilizing the heat of the kiln to save energy consumption.
