Core structure
It mainly consists of a heating furnace, a cooling system, and a conveyor roller. The heating furnace adopts a quartz ceramic roller substrate, with a surface wrapped with high-temperature refractory rope (thickness ≤ 1.5mm), fixed by clamps, effectively reducing bending deformation and refractory material retreat problems.
Process characteristics
Heating stage: The glass is heated in the heating furnace to a temperature close to the softening temperature (about 620-640 ℃), and the expansion of the outer layer is suppressed by the inner layer to form initial stress;
Cooling stage: High speed air grilles are used to spray cold air, combined with roller swinging to improve cooling efficiency. The surface layer shrinks and is restricted by the inner layer to form compressive stress, completing the tempering process.
Type difference: Ordinary type (AB type) is suitable for building glass processing; The convection type (FAB type) is suitable for processing low emissivity coated glass, reducing surface wind spots through optimized grille design.
This device can produce tempered glass with a thickness range of 0.8-19mm by precisely controlling temperature and cooling parameters, and is widely used in scenarios such as building curtain walls and furniture panels.
