Fluidized/Fixed bed Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) production plant

Provide hydrogen peroxide production equipment (fixed bed and fluidized bed processes) and H2O2 fixed bed process (fully acidic working fluid system) production equipment according to customer needs, with a single line production capacity of up to 300000 tons per year (27.5%); The H2O2 fluidized bed process production equipment has a single line production capacity of up to 500000 tons per year (27.5%).With the characteristics of Low consumption, high quality, cost effective and safe reliability.

High Safety

Vacuum drying technology is used to dry work solution after extraction. No alkaline substance is involved within the entire work solution recirculation system (i.e., there is no alkali tower, alkali separation and alkali evaporation system in the regeneration process). As a result, the alternating event involving acid and alkaline is cmpleatley avoided, making the production process inherently safe as an alkaline condition can cause runaway decomposition of H2O2, causing fire and/or explosion.

Low Investment Cost

The hydrogenation efficiency of this technology is 8.5g/L and, thus, the productivity of each circulation of work-solution is much higher. In addition, the high efficiency counter-current oxidation and the most advanced extraction technology is used. The total yield of H2O2 in our process can reach up to 95%.

Since vacuum drying technology is used, the treatment and purification process of work-solution is greatly simplified.

The technology has a high volumetric productivity and utilization of each equipment as the equipment is relatively smaller (like hydrogenator, oxidizer, and extractor)

Low Production Cost

A highly active and selective catalyst is used in this technology. And the technology has a high hydrogenation efficiency, a high yield of each process unit and a low energy consumption. The usage of activated alumina,and power is effectively reduced.

The hydrogen from the hydrogenated solution gas-liquid separator is recycled and recompressed to combine with fresh hydrogen (not vented). It greatly increases the utilization of hydrogen, reducing the overall usage of H2. Our technology is a leading one in terms of low H2 usage in both China and abroad.
