Pyrite based production plant
This device uses pyrite as raw material, adopts boiling vulcanization bed roasting, closed dilute acid washing purification, waste heat recovery, "3+2" two rotation and two adsorption, contact acid production process, and waste heat recovery is used for power generation.
Adopting advanced "3+2" two rotation and two adsorption process technology, and using high-efficiency and low-pressure vanadium reducing catalysts, the drying tower adopts a wire mesh foam collector, and the absorption tower adopts a fiber foam collector. The total conversion rate of SO2 reaches 99.8%, and the absorption rate of SO3 reaches 99.95%. After tail gas treatment, the SO content is ≤ 200mg/Nm3, and the acid mist is ≤ 30mg/Nm3.
