From laser cutting , robot welding, KTL powder coating, and assembly line assembly, the intelligent production line precisely connects each production process, producing components in a modular manner and transporting them to various workstations for flexible assembly. It has achieved coverage of dry standard containers, refrigerated containers, tank containers, special containers, and modular containers.
Technological process
A container assembly line can divide the equipment into the following stations according to the production pace requirements:
Final assembly station, box welding, vertical welding, top plate assembly, top plate longitudinal welding, top plate transverse welding, top plate reinforcement plate automatic welding, bottom wave welding, box pulling chain, lateral moving chain, etc.
