Product Introduction

The production line adopts a "melting-drawing-bundling-winding" four-station integrated design to break through the capacity bottleneck of traditional equipment:

Melting System: Utilizes advanced pure oxygen combustion technology, significantly reducing fuel consumption and enhancing melting efficiency while minimizing air pollution. The furnace structure is optimized via computer simulation to ensure sufficient melting and clarification time for batch materials.

Drawing Module: Adopts water-cooled transformers and insert-type bushing coolers for energy conservation; a frequency-controlled single-filament lubricator is installed below the bushing.

Intelligent Control: Equipped with a DCS (Distributed Control System), enabling feedback control, data acquisition, process visualization, alarm functions, and report printing, with communication compatibility for upper-level systems. Temperature control accuracy reaches ±0.3℃ (bushing) ~ ±4℃ (furnace), and glass level fluctuation ≤±0.3mm, achieving "zero manual intervention" continuous production.

Environmental Design: Features waste heat recovery and dust filtration systems, reducing emissions by 70%, complying with EU CE environmental standards, and achieving a 28% reduction in comprehensive carbon emissions.
