Technical parameters and equipment composition
HDPE silicon core pipe production lines are usually equipped with two or three extruders. Two extruders are configured, one for extruding HDPE layer and the other for extruding silicon core layer. The configuration of the three extruders includes the extrusion of the outer layer, inner layer, and identification strip. The production line also includes components such as co extrusion heads, cooling and shaping, and traction winding to ensure precise shaping and sufficient cooling of pipes during high-speed production.
Characteristics of production line
Efficient extrusion: Using a five stage large aspect ratio screw to ensure rapid plasticization and dispersion of materials, ensuring high-speed and stable production of pipes. The screw and barrel are made of high-quality alloy steel, which has been treated with nitriding, polishing, and honing to extend their service life.
Automated control: Equipped with efficient ceramic heaters and powerful cooling fans to balance melt temperature and ensure plasticizing effect. Adopting a programmable control system to improve the synchronization and operability of the entire line operation.
High precision mold: Using high-quality mold steel and imported high-precision CNC machining centers to ensure mold accuracy, avoid pressure accumulation, ensure uniform extrusion of pipes, and a smooth surface.
Stable production: The weight loss measuring feeding device and extruder are closed-loop controlled by PLC to ensure stable weight of each meter of pipe, shorten start-up time, and save raw materials.
