Product Introduction
This chopped strand mat achieves performance breakthroughs through a four-level precision process system:
Precision Chopping System: Driven by a Siemens servo motor (rotary cutter speed 12000rpm) with Yaskawa frequency converter control, fiber cutting length tolerance ≤±0.3mm, efficiency up to 800kg/h.
Negative Pressure Deposition Technology: 30KW suction fan creates a gradient wind pressure field, enabling 360° random fiber distribution with areal density CV value ≤2.8% (industry average ≤5%).
Intelligent Curing System: Italian Riello burner (440,000 kcal/h) paired with 150mm rock wool insulated drying tunnel, temperature control accuracy ±2℃, curing degree ≥98%.
Environmental Configuration: Pulse dust collection (dust collection rate 99.8%), waste heat recovery system saving 300,000 kWh annually, compliant with environmental standards.
